DWE Token SEC Filing - Registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

by Alexander Elbanna

First, I wanted to thank everyone who has supported this project from day 1. It was a really complicated and very stressful project to complete, but the hardship is over and we are filed and registered with the SEC. Some of us are still here working together once again to create a use case for crypto. This project will be more successful than any other project out there not just from the community behind it but from the lessons we have learned the strength to produce what thousands of other could not for us.  Digital World Exchange is one of the first companies to file a Token with The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This is a huge step towards working with Governments, and financial institutions across the globe.

Our DWE Tokens are currently available to Accredited Investors only pursuant to Rule 506(c) promulgated under Regulation D of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and/or to non-US investors pursuant to Regulation S of the Securities Act. The content of this website is qualified in its entirety by our Offering Memorandum which contains additional information including risk factors. Do not rely upon this website in making a decision to subscribe for our DWE Tokens. Please read our Offering Memorandum.

We are looking forward to our growth over the next few years.
